Had a great experience from the lobby (Ms. Abegail) to the staffs. They still accommodated us for late check-in due to flood. Definitely will come back again. Also a must check the restaurant at the top :) breathtaking view with great selections of food and drinks.

Hello , We Were Not Satisfied With The Hotel At All ,Because The Elevator Was So Busy And The Breakfast Had Very Little Variety The Ventilation System Wasnt That Good , The Temparture Of The Room Was Very Cold And Uncontrollable , In Addition The Only Good Point Whick This Hotel Had Was Its Location Cause Its Near The Airport And BurjKhalfa and Future Museum and etc , In Our View The Didnt Satify All Our Needs , Improve It Please

Four star hotel with 3 star rooms

This hotel is four star at entrance with golden and white theme interior but their rooms are 3 star, average rooms but location is good with all amenities around. Their bell boys are very cooperative, specially Mr Kashayp, Mr Bharat were too cooperative and always step forward to help. Breakfast is good on M floor only. Do not use level 12 for breakfast as that area has limited seats plus staff was rude on that area. Experience was ok but I,ll not visit this hotel again because their rooms are average rooms with poor finishing and no luxury feels.
